Office on Saturday?

We had off yesterday due to Bandh in NCR but they have called us on Saturday. It is sick. How can they expect us to work on Saturday?

This is outrageous and I am not going to office tomorrow, I will stay at home and enjoy the weekend.

Hi Ravi,

I actually work all 7 days of the week. I do have weekends ofcourse where I do not do any office work, but that maybe just on days when personal engagement is very high, or I'm too stressed.

Mostly, I love working all days, including Sundays - atleast a few hours early morning, and during the afternoon, after a short nap. :-) I seem to be at my creative best on weekends, with no client pressures etc.

Heard of the book called "Severn Day Weekend" by Ricardo Semler?

Meanwhile, at Srijan we are off on 2nd and 4th Saturdays only. Just to let you know.
