There are some in built reports that you can use to understand about SLA breached vs met information and it can also be done based on a specific assignee using a JQL.

Jira Service Management - Change calendar

Atlassian just introduced this new change calendar to visualise the changes on a calendar. You can also reschedule directly fro the calendar. I quite like this feature.
