Almost lost my baggage at big bazaar today

Today I went to Wazirpur Big Bazaar in the evening at 7:20 PM. I was carrying my bag with me so I went to the baggage counter to deposit my bag there. Usually they give you a numbered token and keep the bag. Toket is important because they identify your bag when you collect it back. Well today the guard there did not give me any token, I asked him twice to give it to me but he said "koi nahi sir mein dekh lunga". I have done this before also that I have kept my bag there without token, what else can you do when the gaurd did not give you token? They are short of tokens and they keep the bag without giving any tokens. I did not buy anything today so I just came back in 10 minutes and I went to the counter and asked the guard to return my bag. My bag was not at the place where he kept it. He looked around from 5 minutes while I was waiting for his response. I was pretty much sure that he will find my bag. I waited for some more time as he was looking around. In the mean time other customers were coming and he started attending them, after 10 minutes I lost my temper and started yelling on the guard. I know I shouldn't have done it but I waited for a long time and he took me granted. Looking at my shouting on him he got scared and nervous. I warned him that I will call the Police if I don't get my bag back. Then he said "Sir yaha jo bag rakhe hai wo dekh lijiye aur unmse koi bhi bag choose karke le jao". I was shocked to hear this statement. It mean that he was willing to give me any bag!! He must have taken other baggages without token, thats why he was willing to give any other bag to me, that's shame for Big Bazaar authorities if they are reading this.

When I was about to enter big bazaar again to register my complaint he somehow found my bag, but that did not stop me to go inside. There was nothing but a lunch box in the bag but I was determined to lodge a complaint. I talked to their customer care executive and exlained him what happened. He was polite and apologised to me, that is a good thing for any customer facing people. He called the security Supervisor then. He was some old big man, he asked me "Kya tha bag mein?" I was shocked again to hear his question. I mean It doesn't matter what is inside the bag, what matters is that I was not given token, they lost my bag and the guard was willing to give me any bag. I wrote all these things in their complaint log book. I was assured that they will call me back and update me about the improvements they have done in their baggage counter.

I have been going to Big bazaar for the last 3 years now and I will continue going there, but the problem here is that in future I cannot shop without any tensions in mind. How can I trust Big Bazaar now? I am pretty sure that they won't be able to take care of my baggage, it doesn't matter what is inside the bag. What matters is the trust that they build with the customers, which they have lost.

I am not waiting for their call. I will update it here.
