Evening time. Feeling normal today. I traveled all the way from Gurgaon to Model Town in the metro. Sitting there for more than an hour is not easy task, but it actually allowed to think about lot of things. In todays ever changing fast world there is hardly any time left for thinking, which is the most powerful tool man has. We people have stopped thinking at all. We keep ourselves busy either with work or disturbing ourselves with social networks or watching TV. We never give us time. This is not good. We should spend some time, at least 30 minutes daily just with ourselves and do nothing. Just sit idle.
I learned about this technique recently and found out that all the problems have solutions within our mind, we just need to practice looking inside and the right answers will come out.
It is about to 8 PM now. I need to go and pick my wife from her clinic. I am kinda heavy today and do not feel like having dinner. Bad me. I ate too many rasgulas in the evening and drank lot of lemonade and now my hunger is gone. Anyways. It is good that I am sleepy now. I will sleep on time today and I need to wake up early in the morning tomorrow to start a brand new days with brand new exciting things to do.
