Shastri Nagar red light

Ok this nothing new but I request all the paan-chewing people in Delhi to please spit in buses, parks, roads, cows, dogs and anywhere you want but please spare the road signs, especially when it has the name of historical figures.

Just below the sign you can read - "MY DELHI I CARE".
