Simple Thing #6: Taking a quick nap in the day

Today I did lot of work. Finished many pending issues on one of client project. After lunch time I lied down for some time and without realizing I feel asleep for 2 hours. I got one fresh and ful of energy. Taking a quick nap in the day is actually a good thing. Just sleep for couple of hours just after the lunch. Try it!
