Visit to Delhi Haat Pitam Pura

Yesterday I went to Delhi Haat Pitam Pura. The place is not very popular like its south delhi counterpart but it seems it will catch up slowly :) There was nothing special yesterday. There were not many people there. It was overall kinda boring but anyways it is not such a bad place. You pay Rs. 10 as entry ticket and you get to sit inside as long as you want and there are some shops where you can buy the usual Delhi Haat style handicrafts and other accessories. If you are planning to go there with you wife or GF then don't worry, she will not get bored. There are plenty of shops that will interest any lady! The shops in the front are will attract the ladies, as it is dedicated accessories shop. Buy Accessories These murtis are made by hand and also the colors look lovely. When I was small gulaks used to come in the form of small earthen pot which needs to be broken once full with money. I also had one plastic one with a lock below it. These ceramic gulaks also have an opening in the bottom. Ceramic Gulak There is a food court sort of a thing also on the back side. Not very great food but no body complains. Me and my wife spent around 1 and a half hour there and we moved out to NSP market for a tikki :) Delhi Haat Lawns
