Ravi Sagar Checkins

Yes I can checkin from my site without using any other service. It is not difficult really. Just create a field that will let you store the location. I can also attach an image ;) 😊

One of the best thing I like doing is nothing at all. When you wake up in the morning and don't worry about anything is one of my favourite feeling. People say that travelling is important to take a break for routine and rest but for some reason I find it quite difficult to relax when I am travelling. May be it is just me and I am not used to travelling a lot anymore.

For the past few days I am doing nothing. Literally nothing, apart from making videos for Youtube and working on my site ravisagar.in. Every year I make it a point to upgrade this site or do some work on it. I don't change the theme really but I work on upgrade the Drupal version. This time as well I did the same and made some changes to the site and learnt few more things on Drupal 8.

I always promise myself to be active on this site but I think I should write whenever I feel like and I won't force myself.

I have few more updates to do on this site. Mainly I will try to make it more information. Currently the site is mostly about me and my experiences but I will try to make it informative as well.

It has been raining quite a lot for the past few weeks. Nothing unusual but little inconvenient. Couple of world cup matches were cancelled as well. Trains are also delayed when it rains a lot. Overall it is not bad especially if you have seen the worse but I noticed that it gets a bit depressing when you don't see the sun for few days in a row.

So this is my first post in 2019. Happy new year to myself ? have fun Ravi in 2019. Lately lot of changes happened in my life. Overall life is good and relaxed as of now. I hope it stays the same. I still need to finalise my 2019 goals. I can share some of them here like - writing one more book, make lot of videos, expand my technical knowledge, become fluent in French, exercise and stay happy.

Recently I started making lot of videos. I never bothered about YouTube all these years but now I think it is a good idea to share. Above all it is my own personal record of things happening in my life that I can share. I have few channels now - Ravi Sagar which is for tech stuff, Desi BlackBerry Boy is for personal videos fory near and dears, Planet Unveiled is for travel and Desi Boys Fitness is for sharing fitness journey. My friend Vinod and I will be working on the last 2 channels.

Feels good to wear a suit, it automatically boosts your confidence by 500% but of course it is lot of hassle to wear it and when wearing a suite you a little conscious as well about your appearance, but sometimes I do think that we should dress up well everyday when going to work. Your appearance does make a big difference.

I guess I need to shave but laziness is also a thing and I like my beard as well. I don't know why we even shave :)
