Time to go through some exciting changes and updates from the Atlassian ecosystem.

Change the workflow and issue type of a request type

Recently there was a new feature in the JSM projects where the workflow of the request type can be changed swiftly. I believe Atlassian wants to treat Issue Type as the workflow and when I changed the workflow, it also changed the issue type. Learn about it here.
