I recently started recording my bike and car rides using Akaso V50 Pro which can be used as dashcam as well but it may not be very easy to attach. Today let me show you what attachments I use.

I went to Legoland Windsor, it is a nice 15 min drive from Burnham but it recorded my return as well and it was a bit busy so a long video.
