Org-mode - Buffer to paste random text

You can create a named buffer on the fly to store random text, code snippets and then save it to a file. It is different then using org-capture and is really useful.

Often I have to take notes without Emacs or Org Mode but instead of feeling sad I just make sure I take notes in a way that I can later move them to Org Mode.
