My own Jira Service Management, Forge and spring in UK

I have been playing with Atlassian Forge for the past few weeks and so far I am really enjoying it. The app development on the cloud is quite different. Good thing is that it rely on REST API so if you have been working with it already then you won't find it difficult to learn Forge. Apart from that I am happy that I am have my own service desk has started receiving tickets. I always help clients in adopting Jira, especially service desk where usually organisations follow ITSM/ITIL practices and I feel proud that I am also doing the same. Of course my intention is really just to have a place where I manage all the requests that people send me.

Weather in UK is changing. Although I don't complain too much about the weather but I certainly have changed in the last 4 years living in UK. Now I look forward to sunny days and not miss an opportunity to get Vitamin D. Things are looking bright now and I am looking forward to summers now :)

One thing that hasn't changed really lately is me making videos. I don't honestly make an effort to create videos. It gives me a sense a satisfaction and most importantly I feel good about it. I am also quite happy with the kind of videos I have been making. Raw and simple. I have realised that I like sharing stuff quickly and regularly, that's why I prefer not getting into the hassle of video editing. I hope I can continue to make videos like this.

Apart from YouTube I sync all my videos on another platform https://odysee.com/@ravisagar:d just in case ;)

Ok bye.

Honestly I hardly send out mails but I guess there is no harm in at least having a newsletter. I will only send newsletter when I have something important to share or an update. People are busy and no one has time to read emails these days. If you really like my content then I guess you will remember my site and come back for more.
