I have been using Org Mode and LaTeX for creating proposals now and today I thought I will show you how to insert timestamp with proper formatting.

I was looking for a way to hide a lines from the LaTeX export without making it a subtree and I found a very simple way of doing it.

Org-mode - Hide red rectangles from toc

When you export org file to pdf using LaTeX then nby default there are red rectangular boxes around table of content items which can be easily removed.

Org-mode - Include files without breaking images

When you include multiple files using emacs org mode to consolidate then the images path can get broken so I changed my approach and organised my files slightly differently.

Generating LaTex files from Org Mode is great but I felt the need to learn LaTex properly now

Honestly I hardly send out mails but I guess there is no harm in at least having a newsletter. I will only send newsletter when I have something important to share or an update.
