Time to go through some updates from @Atlassian like new JSM Customer roles and Atlassian laying off 500 employees.
New JSM Customer roles
Jira Service Management had a role called customer for people who raise tickets. Although it works fine but customers could be someone inside your company along with external customers. Now Atlassian is going to add two roles - Internal Customers and External Customers. I think it a good move and appreciate this. You can read more about it here.
Atlassian laid off 500 employees
The big new however of this week was Atlassian laying off 500 employee. It is a bit sad but I shared my views which some might not agree to but it is okay. I personally feel that job is a job. You can watch the full video here.
