Portfolio for Jira - How to monitor progress? #AdvancedRoadmaps

Making a plan is one thing but staying on track in another. Portfolio can also let you monitor the progress of your plan both in improved and live plan. #Progress #Portfolio #Jira #PortfolioTutorial #AdvancedRoadmaps

How do you track a Kanban project's progress in Advanced Roadmaps?

Few things you can do.

  • Make sure your estimation is based on days or hours
  • Use the Progress issue count
  • In the View settings: roll up dates and others. This will ensure you have information at all levels
  • Create few views to display information grouped by Assignee, Project and may be Release

Apart from these there are not yet other reports in Advanced Roadmaps, I think Atlassian will add more reports in future but you can always rely on standard Jira reports and of course your Kanban board.

I hope it helps.
