How I got rid of Back Pain

I have a back pain problem since last year. It is really a frustating problem to have, it makes you weak and lazy person. I guess I have developed backpain while working on computer with bad posture. In hope to get rid of it I started doing regular lower back exercises but they didn't help much. Then I started focusing on improving my body posture while sitting and standing and also improved my diet. Here are the list of things that I did.

1. When you sit in front of computer make sure you are not leaning forward. Sit with your lower back touching the chair.
2. Your legs, waist and arms all should bend at 90 degrees.
3. It is hard to maintain this posture in the beginning but it really helps. Never sit for too long, take regular breaks.
4. I also started eating properly and on time. Milk, Curd and everything that are rich source of Calcium and Vitamin D.
5. I started sleeping on floor with just a mattress below and it gives me lot of relief. It has many benefits, floors are amazingly cool in summers too (=>less AC bill :p) and I wake up much relaxed
6. I also started doing jogging. It is an overall exercise and can be done in just 5-10 minutes, within month of starting it I felt a toned up body.

After struggling with backache for almost an year I have a good back now. Sometimes I feel little weakness in the back but it is certainly much better than my earlier state. Now I am starting weight lifting and wish to develop a rock solid back.

UPDATE (5th Sep): I woke up with a burning back pain. I am taking off from office today, will rest at home. Luckily weekend is here so I can rest. I hope my pain gets better by Monday.
