Differences between Agents and other users

There was a question on the community about what is the difference between Service Desk Agents and normal users.

The answers is very simple. Let us summarise.

- They will respond to customer tickets raised.
- They will communicate with customers by adding a public comments.
- Only agents can be the assignee of the Jira Service Desk tickets.
- They have access to Queues

Checklist for JIRA - Add-on review

I came across this new add on called "Checklist for JIRA" and it seems quite interesting add-on. The Overview of this add-on on the marketplace says "Stop using Subtasks for simple tracking. Use Checklist instead. Ideal for Definition of Done, Acceptance Criteria and ToDo lists".

Honestly I hardly send out mails but I guess there is no harm in at least having a newsletter. I will only send newsletter when I have something important to share or an update.
