Creating Jira Issues from Confluence - More support fields
When creating an issue in Jira using Automation in Confluence you will now have support for more fields. This good news for all of us. If you look at the list it covers quite a lot of fields. You can read the update here.
Assets in Confluence EAP
Oh wow this would be awesome. To get the most out of Jira Service Management you need to use it with Confluence, especially for knowledge base. Atlassian is planning to bring in Assets as well in Confluence. I believe this will open up lots of possibilities. At this stage it is an Early Access Program and Atlassian is looking for feedback. Work Management August Product Recap
I noticed this interesting post with updates to Confluence, JWM, Trello and Atlas. I was not sure why so many tools in the Work Management post but I guess these tools are all part of the Work Management category. Anyways this post has some interesting updates.

Last week I received a question about duplicate issues created from the automation rule because the issue is going through the same transition. Well this can happen if your workflow allows it and it is okay however in your rule you can add a check for previously created issues and void duplicate issues. You can watch that video.
