New series - Jira Use Cases
It is very easy for me to describe my job. I help my customers get the most out of Atlassian tools, basically I solve problems but each customer or team has different needs. Two teams developing a mobile app may follow similar way of working but one team might be working for a big financial organisation where there is lot of compliance and audit but for another they are driven by the market, so they both want to use Jira but a bit differently.
From time to time I do share these use cases by answering questions people ask on the community, but I am going to create a separate series called #JiraUseCases to share my experiences.
