I really want to be a good speaker and for doing that there is just only one way. Speak in front of the crowd as much as I can. I started doing Drupal workshops several years ago where I used to go to colleges around Delhi to organize free Drupal workshop. It was amazing experience. I learned a lot doing that and it helped me to become a corporate trainer as well. I have been doing lots of Atlassian tools trainings, mainly around Jira. In 2016 I joined Toastmasters club in Delhi in stay sharp and improve further. In 2017 I am living in London and I still do lot of public speaking. It could be doing webinars, speaking at events or just doing trainings. On this page you will find information about my public speaking events.

I will present my experience in implementing two solutions to integrate a live chat support within JIRA Servce Desk.
When you have products and services used by thousands of customers, you need a system in place to streamline the support process. For many users, they prefer to engage with you via live chat support. It’s direct and quick, giving them instant gratification for finding a solution to their problem. For those using Jira Service Desk as their ITSM solution, there hasn’t been a Jira live chat support solution contained within the Atlassian ecosystem – until now.
Last week on 24th October I spoke at Atlassian User Group London meetup about Elements which is the new app from Valiantys. This app's aim is to help user manage simple lists without using Sub-tasks because they can be bit complicated for doing simple tasks.
UPDATE 2017: We are no longer doing this workshop in Delhi, however please follow this blog for more exciting news. There is something more exciting coming up :)
