It is time for lunch know. I had pao bhaaji today in the morning. I am not feeling very hungry but I like to do things on time. I normally take my lunch at around 12:30ish daily. It is past 47 minutes past 12 now, I guess I should get up, wash my hands and eat the food.
I think I have aloo gobi in lunch today. I hate having vegetables daily :( but it is important to eat them as well. It is good for the health. I have not been keeping good care of my health lately. Last week I started working out but did not continue. I promised myself that I will workout daily but I failed to keep that promise. I am glad that I do lower back and neck exercises. I will try to get up a little early from tomorrow may be at 5:30 and make sure that I lift some weights.
I also need to improve my diet. I think I don't eat well and not enough also. I should increase the protein in my diet. Lets see what I do. May be I will start bringing curd to the office and try to get soabeans also.
