I received this mail from the HR department yesterday.

AIP stands for Annual Incentive Program. There is a fixed x amount of money under AIP as part of our CTC and based on performance of company and employee we get some percentage of that x amount.
I received Rs. 2242 as my incentive of whole last year :) wow! its a big amount. I don't know how to spend it. I think I will put in in Fixed deposit may be it will double in the next 100 years.
Time for exercise now.
