Internal and External customers in Jira Service Management
Earlier this year Atlassian announced new roles and permissions around internal and external customers. Basically anyone who is internal your company vs your customers. I recently got an email from Atlassian that it is now available in my site. Do read this post to learn more about how to configure it.
Filter by last updated in quick search
When using the quick search option in your instance you will not be able to limit the search by last updated date - any time, today, yesterday, past 7 days, past 30 days and past year. This is really good and users will appreciate this improvement. This feature will be rolled out soon to instances. Read about this announcement here.
JSM AI virtual agent
This is exciting. We have been hearing about Atlassian Intelligence for a while now, although I don't have access to it but last year in the London event I saw a demo. JSM AI virtual agent in now in beta. Once it is enabled you can configure the agents that will help in deflecting the requests. I would love to try it out soon and see how it can help the agents.
