Managing comments and all those spam was a pain so I have disabled comments publishing on this blog. Well if someone is interested in giving us work then he/she will anyways call me on 9811787069 or send a message using contact form.
This is part of de-cluttering things in my work and life in general. I really dont care what people think about me and I really don't need their opinion, reading comments and replying to them is just waste of time. So no more comments now.

This was one of the most anticipated day of the year for me. I used to prepare for this day months in advance but things have really changed. We are sadly grown ups now and act like matured people. Life is not that fun as it used to be 20 years back but we should look forward. This is life nothing is permanent and I can only cherish those nice days, there are many other exciting things in life now. Not that wonderful but still life is good.
My mind is cleared up now and thinking in right direction. Going to focus on one thing only now.
I was doing lots of things - Maintaining my own portals, making just average sites for clients and some other non exciting work. I was not really enjoying that a lot and it was hard decision but I am not going to accept usual website development work now.…

I was going through a difficult phase since last week. I couldnt work and focus well. I realized that I am burned out and my body/mind refused to support me. During these 4 days I did lot of thinking which is good thing actually and realized that it was not over-doing but doing-a-lot that was the main problem. I was just doing so many things simultaneous and frankly I was not going anywhere. Now I am trying to de-clutter stuff in my work and making things simple. Idea is to do only one thing at a time and only one thing.
I think I have realized that I am not really good in blogging so I will probably shut down some of my useless blogs that were consuming lot of my time and I will also stop accepting mediocre work. I really need to do some self development now and focus on things that I…

Today is Dhanteras and it is really amazing time of the year. Everyone is in festive mood, people are doing shopping and preparing for Diwali. I am also doing great but feeling little low since yesterday, it happens sometimes with me. May be it is because I am just over stretching myself and not giving enough rest to my mind. Just needed to take a break so today on Sunday I didn't really do anything. The whole day went unplanned and I loved it. Feeling little better and charged up for the next week.

Life is great and things are turning out to be very well these days. I am really excited about new things that we are doing at sparxsys. For a long time we were just two people in the company but recently three new amazing people joined us and we now have a team of 5. Though we are a small company but we do follow lot of Project Management practices internally to be able to deliver quality to our clients and on time. We don't do work in bulk. We just take limited projects and deliver the best. There are lot of things to take care in managing tasks and projects in a company which is small. Some time ago I came to know about this blog of Joel Runyon and just liked the idea of "The Impossible List" - There are many things in life that we have thought for sure while watching TV and movies and said to ourselves - "It is impossible to common man to do such things", but why? So on this page I am listing all the things I want to do in life. This is going to be ever growing list and it is also like a personal challenge.

Life is great but very hectic. Enjoying every bit of it. Past 3 months have been very exciting. @sparxsys we are working on different domains especially mobile applications. We have been building some prototype Mobile Applications for Android that will interact with Drupal Website. It is really sexy stuff. Imagine managing your whole Drupal Website content using your phone. We are now offering Mobile App Development Services to our existing clients now and the response is amazing.

For those who are using JIRA Greenhopper for their Agile projects - just check out the new features in Greenhopper new 6.x version. It is really awesome. The best thing I like about it is the ability to start multiple sprinits at the same time in the Scrum Board. In the prvious version this facility was not there. There are other miscellaneous improvements that are useful for sure.
